Five Ways to Uplift Your Spirit

1- Get outside and walk in nature as often as possible.
Breathe the air, get close to the trees, plant a garden.

2- Think of what you are grateful for, and take a breath in while you
think of each thing. As you breath out, feel as if negativity leaves your body.

3- Do a Random Act of Kindness for someone.

4.- Do something creative; paint, sing, play music, cook, write.

5- Tell someone that you Love them.
