How to Return to a Sense of Wonder in Your Life

1. Experience NATURE and PAUSE while doing it - take a walk in the
forest and examine a leaf with all its veins and colors, look closely
at a colorful insect and pay these things the homage they deserve. They are beautiful, like you.

2. Spend some time with a precious CHILD.

3. Notice the LITTLE THINGS - a glisten upon a lake or ocean,
moonlight, the beauty and contour of someone’s face - perhaps
your own.

4. Savor the SMELLS and FLAVORS and be happy to be alive. The scent of fresh pine, eucalyptus, the fresh flavor of a juicy peach.

5. MEDITATE - Take a few moments just to watch yourself breathe.
